Michelle helps clients move beyond survival mode into a life that feel calmer, more fulfilling, and authentic — offering practical tools and compassionate insight for lasting change. Who She Works With: Moms & Postpartum: Support through fertility, postpartum, and the evolving seasons of motherhood (she's also a mom who gets it). Individual Adults: Michelle works with individuals of all gender identities navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, depression and more.
Couples: Rebuilding connection, improving communication, and strengthening relationships. Teens: Engaging, low-pressure therapy that blends conversation with interactive tools. Children: Play-based and Theraplay-informed sessions to support emotional regulation and secure relationships.
