Our AnchorHIIT classes are uniquely designed into three distinct zones: RIG for strength, ROW for cardiovascular training, and REPS for accessory movements. Every 45-minute session combines progressive overload, movement quality and variety so you continue getting stronger, fitter and more confident week after week.

Every AnchorHIIT workout follows our signature RIG. ROW. REPS. methodology—a balanced approach that combines strength, cardiovascular training, and functional movement into one efficient 45-minute session. Rather than random workouts, our programming is built around progressive overload, movement quality, and variety so you continue getting stronger, fitter, and more confident week after week.

RIG — Lift Heavy. Build Strength.

Develop power, muscular endurance, and lean muscle through purposeful resistance training. In the RIG zone, you'll work with meaningful loads and progressive overload principles to build genuine strength that carries over into everyday life and athletic performance.

ROW — Improve Your Engine.

Dedicated cardiovascular training challenges your heart and lungs while building endurance that carries over into everyday life. The ROW zone pushes your aerobic capacity, improves recovery between efforts, and builds the cardiovascular foundation that supports all your fitness goals.

REPS — Move Better. Finish Strong.

Finish each workout with targeted accessory exercises that strengthen your core, glutes, and stabilizing muscles to improve movement quality and maximize performance. REPS work reinforces strong movement patterns and ensures you leave every class feeling complete and accomplished.
