We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, contact details and health information when you book an appointment, register for a class, or contact us. Appointment booking and class registration are handled through our third-party platforms, Jane App and PushPress.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide clinical and fitness services, schedule and confirm appointments, process payments and direct billing, and communicate with you about your care and our programs.
Protecting Your Information
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal and health information. Health records are maintained in accordance with applicable Ontario privacy legislation and the professional obligations of our regulated practitioners.
Third-Party Services
Our online booking, scheduling and payment functions are provided by trusted third parties. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Website Analytics and Advertising
Our website uses Google Tag Manager to load the following services. They use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how you use our site, such as the pages you view, the links and buttons you click (including tapping a phone number to call us), how you arrived at our site, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. We do not intentionally send your name, contact details or health information to these services.
- Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
- Google Ads conversion tracking tells us when a visit that started with one of our ads leads to an action, such as a phone call, so we can measure which ads are useful. We do not use it to show ads to people based on their visits to our website.
- Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and creates heatmaps and session replays that help us find and fix problems with the site.

You can limit this tracking at any time:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Turn off personalized ads in Google My Ad Center.
Blocking cookies does not stop you from using our website, calling us or booking an appointment.
