The GO45! fitness challenge encourages our community to commit to fit in 2025!
Starts May 24 and runs until July 5, 2025.
HOW IT WORKS:
Step 1:
Attend kickoff workout & Inbody Scan on Saturday May 24 @ 8:30am. InBody scan, measurements, pics & workshop timeslots will open before the workout & workshop will happen afterwards.
Step 2:
Follow the daily habits for the best results
Daily habits:
1 workout/day,
2L water/day,
3 - Hit your protein goal everyday. Protein target will be custom to you, your body & goals and built at the kickoff workshop.
Step 3:
Commit to fit daily by hitting your 1-2-3 daily habits in the ANCHOR habit tracking app. Check in weekly with your coach. Stay accountable with your coach & group!
Who is this challenge for?
Women 25-65yo ready to commit to daily habits to build muscle, lose fat, improve strength and lose inches!
Women who want to tweak their daily movement and nutrition habits to see better results!
Women who already attend ANCHOR fitness classes, or are ready to add in coach-led classes to build strength & endurance, improve their metabolism & build lean muscle.
Women who may already have great habits, but need accountability to hit the next level.
GO45! rules:
1- ANCHOR CLASS/WORKOUT
We hope you can make as many as possible!
But if you’re going away, or can’t make a day that’s OK.
Choose a workout from our online studio, go for a walk, or make up your own workout.
2- LITRES OF WATER
Use a jug that’s traceable and get 2L/day
For or challenge purposes, coffee, tea, juice, vitamin water etc will not count towards your total.
3- PROTEIN SERVING
Your Inbody scan will allow us to calculate your unique protein dose.
Try to hit this everyday!

Additional details:
The kickoff event will officially be held on May 24 at 8:30am for the workout, with InBody scan, measurements, pics & kickoff workshop held before & after. Timeslots will open after registration. If you cannot make this day, you must arrange an alternate day to complete the workout during open gym time.
