I feel yoga to be one of the most humbling forms of movement we can provide our entire being; physically, mentally, and emotionally. To say that I am passionate about teaching people about their bodies; their kinaesthetic awareness, abilities, potential, and deep knowledge that lives within would be an understatement. Yoga to me is the bridge that fills the gap between us all.

The practice of yoga helps us connect mind, body and spirit, which is essential for the growth of our physical and spiritual selves. Yoga gives us the opportunity to slow down, be aware of and connect to our breath and body. It is an individual practice, we are all different and yoga gives the opportunity to be mindful to what our bodies are telling us, which can help us tune into how we are feeling physically and emotionally.
