  • Arrive 10-15 minutes before the class is scheduled to start. This gives you time to get yourself setup with your bike & get water for the ride.

  • Work hella hard in your ride.

  • Wipe down your bike (with provided supplies) & put it back in its spot.


  • Athletic wear is highly recommended. We are getting s w e a t y, so please wear clothing appropriate for the activity. We recommend a headband + sweat towel!

  • Stay hydrated. Please bring a water bottle with you; all bikes are equipped with a water bottle holster. Feel free to use ANCHOR’s water filling station inside the gym door.

  • Arriving on time is a must at ANCHOR // RIDE. If you have not arrived within 5 minutes of the class start time, we will allocate your bike to another rider on the waitlist. 


All RIDE members are required to use the PushPress Member Portal app to reserve for classes.  If you are not a current member, you will need to purchase a RIDE before you can reserve a class. If you are unsure of how to use the app, please ask your instructor of the front desk staff to guide you through the process. 

Reservations open 14 days in advance of every class, so you may reserve for classes up to 2 week before they begin. 


Booking goes LIVE two weeks in advance of the class

ex. Wednesday Oct 31st classes are live on Wednesday Oct 17

You may cancel a RIDE up to 6 hours prior to the schedule start time. Cancellations must be done via the app. We cannot guarantee that emails/voicemails will be received in this window. Reservations cancelled after this period will not receive a refund and will be charged the full RIDE fee.

In addition, RIDERs must be checked into the front desk at least 5 minutes prior to class start time. If a RIDER has not checked in at this time, their seat will be given away to the next RIDER on the waitlist.

Late entry to class is not permitted under any circumstance. 

Our online waitlist is currently under construction. For the time being, if you would like to reserve for a class that is full, please email and include your phone number to get on the RIDE waitlist. If a cancellation occurs, we will contact those on the waitlist in order of their correspondence. 


If a reserved rider does not arrive within 5 minutes of the class start time, we will give that spot to a walk in, in order of their arrival & check in to the front desk. Failure to arrive for a reserved class will result in the forfeit of the class on your account. 


Our ANCHOR // RIDE team strives to give riders the best experience in our facility - in and out of the studio. 

Our bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash for your post-ride shower. Our bathrooms also keep hair spray, deodorant, tampons, makeup wipes, hair ties, bobby pins & a hair dryer for all members to use as they like.
